About Me

Background

Over the past decade, I've worked across logistics, retail, healthcare, and energy, from managing rail operations in Brazil to leading corporate performance at one of the country's largest fuel distributors. Each role strengthened my ability to see patterns, understand processes, and find opportunities for improvement through data.

The Transition

My journey into data analytics was a natural evolution. What started as process optimisation and Lean Six Sigma projects grew into building predictive models, designing executive dashboards, and deploying AI-powered solutions. I've used data to mobilise every level of an organisation, from operational teams on the floor to C-suite executives in the boardroom.

Current Focus

I'm currently completing an MSc in Business Analytics at University College London, where I'm deepening my expertise in machine learning, NLP, agentic AI systems, and advanced statistical methods. My recent work includes building LLM-powered agents for supply chain intelligence and predictive models achieving top-tier competition results.

What Drives Me

Two things kill data initiatives: not knowing what questions to ask to generate real value, and not knowing how to make the organisation move once you have the answer. That's the challenge I've spent over a decade solving. My goal is to help organisations find the right solution, use AI to build and deliver it faster, and make sure it never stays only on a slide deck.
